I went to the Lean Kitchen to look for some healthier food options to take to work. I work mostly as an ER nurse but I float to other critical care areas at night so it's hard to find healthy food that actually taste good. Well, the Lean Kitchen has solved that problem. Lean Kitchen Valpo is amazing! Great food and great people! I order once a week and get all my lunches for that week! With a busy schedule and not having much time to cook during the day, this is a great option right down the street from my gym! My clients love them too!! All the meals are super healthy and flavorful, with lots of options to choose from—showing all your macros and ingredients right there! I love the option to order and pick up or pop in and grab what you’re having for lunch or dinner that day! So glad this came to Valpo! If haven’t make sure you check it out!

My home store is the Valparaiso location. Justin the owner is usually there when I stop in. Justin is going places he’s an amazing owner, down to earth to chat with as well as his staff are nothing but kind. I love the convince of picking out my meals when I drop in especially when I don’t have time to cook. I can’t wait to use the online site to pick out more yummy meals. I can’t recommend this place to get fresh yummy meal along with a great chat. I have been looking for a food service when I don’t have time to cook. I have found the perfect place. I am also excited that they carry my 1st Phorm supplements. So when I’m a crunch I can get my supplements and meals at the same time.
